Announcement-Education Seminar on PQLI

ISPE Turkey is proud to announce that the Affiliate's first education seminar of the year will be organized on April 10th, 2009 in the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (Odakule Building).

As you know, in the past 3 years, ISPE Turkey has been a pioneer in presenting to the Turkish pharmaceutical community the most current regulatory and technical topics delivered by the best experts in their fields. After the last seminar on the topic "GAMP 5" we have now chosen the new initiative of PQLI (Product Quality Lifecycle Implementation) as the central theme of our upcoming seminar. This initiative, in life as of the second half of 2007 is intended to demonstrate the implementation of ICH quality guidelines ICH Q8, Q9 and Q10 in day-to-day operational GMP environment. As such, the Quality by Design (QbD) paradigm of the 21st century's pharmaceutical manufacturing will be bearing its first application examples through this set of tools.

Both of our educators are globally recognized experts in their fields. Mr.Bruce Davis is the past Chairman of the Board of ISPE and he is one of the leading founders of the PQLI movement. Mr. John Nichols, whom you know as a speaker from a previous ISPE Turkey event, will be talking to you about risk assessment in a GMP environment and the stages already achieved in the envisioned continuous drug manufacturing process.
