Next Educational Meeting: GAMP5 28th March 2008
Turkey Affiliate will hold its next Educational Meeting on March 28th in Istanbul on the topic of GAMP 5. Speakers will be covering the current state on this important guidance for the Validation of Automated Systems. A pioneering name in this area, Dr.David Selby, will be one of the day's speakers. Emphasis will be given to practical solutions to "real world" cases.
PQLI (Product Quality Lifecycle Implementation) Berlin - 17-20 September 2007
The Product Quality Lifecycle Implementation (PQLI) initiative, started by ISPE and supported by the FDA, was launched in June 2007, and borne from the need to help the global pharmaceutical industry find solutions to the challenges in implementing the current ICH guidances. (ICH Q8,Q9,Q10) The first European session of PQLI will be held on September 19th at ISPE's Berlin Conference.

Fall 2007 Educational Seminar
The Fall 2007 educational seminar of ISPE Turkey will take place in September and the topic will be "Quality Risk Management in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing-ICH Q9".The date and program as well as the speakers are currently being determined and shall be announced shortly. There will be case studies as well as interpretations of this important Guideline by experts.
PAT Interest Group - 4th Meeting
The next activity of the Turkish Affiliate will be a working session of the PAT interest group. Holding their 4th meeting, this time at Abdi İbrahim İlaç company's Hadımköy factory site on May 30th, the group will start working on the 9-point PAT Turkey roadmap rolled out at the Affiliate's March Educational 'Containment' seminar in Istanbul. On the agenda are presentations on Design of Experiment (by Murat Dönmez) and on Process Capability &Performance Analysis (by Baruş Altunışık). We hope to welcome new members in this meeting.
